A non-profit 501(c)(19) Veteran Organization that was organized July 1988 in Borger, Texas. In 2023 VVA 404 revitalized into a hybrid chapter meeting in-person and virtually. Our official address is now in located Military City USA – San Antonio, TX.

WHO ARE WE
VVA 404 membership is comprised of 32 men and women from Texas Communities and 9 incarcerated veterans who served our nation proudly, with dignity and honor during the Vietnam Era. Membership is open to U.S. Armed Forces veterans who served on active duty in the Republic of Vietnam between February 28, 1961 and May 7, 1975 and Vietnam-era veterans who served in any duty location between August 5, 1964 and May 7, 1975.
WHO IS VIETNAM VETERANS OF AMERICA, INC.
Vietnam Veterans of America [VVA] was founded in 1978 and is a not-for-profit veterans organization under Section 501(C)(19) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its Congressional Charter was granted in 1986, and it remains the only veteran’s service organization exclusively dedicated to Vietnam Era veterans who served in uniform during the nation’s most divisive war. The official VVA National website is vva.org.

WHAT ARE VVA 404′S Purposes
VVA 404’s purposes are: to encourage, promote and develop the improvement of the condition of the Vietnam-era veteran.
